I am Amanda Hill, native to northern Utah. I run Apothecary Moon from Weber County with the help of my family.

​

I am an herbalist and a self-taught formulator. I came to this work after years of buying other natural products that cost too much and went rancid in the cabinet. I did not want to keep paying for that, and I certainly wouldn't sell it.

I mix every formula by hand, in small batches, with the same attentive care I have when  for my own family.

​

That same care is why surfactants, phthalates, sulfates, or any other man-made chemical or byproduct never see use in my lab.

This line is designed with all skin types in mind. These four products make a complete routine: Day Time Serum for morning, Cream Cleanser to rinse the day off, Night Time Serum for evening, and Rejuvenating Oil — what brings the routine together and drives it home, used once or twice a week.

A first-time user will notice skin that stays hydrated and feels light and breathable, in the first week.

I spent three years on these formulas — making them, living with them, and falling in love with what they did. After that, sharing them was the next step. We have grown this from the ground up, close to home. I am still researching, still formulating, and this is only the beginning.
