Refund Policy

Apothecary Moon offers refunds for natural skin care products under these terms to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility: Refunds available for unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used items ineligible, except for defects.

Process: Contact us via email with order number, reason, and photos if applicable. Return shipping at your cost unless due to our error.

Refund Method: Processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving returned item. Excludes original shipping fees.

Exceptions:

• No refunds for sale/clearance items, gift cards, or personalized products.

• Defective/damaged items: Replacement or full refund (including shipping) at our discretion.

• International returns: Subject to local laws; duties/taxes non-refundable.

Changes: We may update this policy; continued purchases imply acceptance.
